TrexNet – Over sensitive email filter

Last night we implemented an email filter that in some cases, internal emails were falsely marked as spam and placed in the user’s spam folder. This did not effect internet emails coming from outside of the customer’s TrexNet server We have disabled the filter and currently investigating the cause of the false flags.


Update: We have identified the problem and made the necessary changes We will test the changes this week and plan on releasing the patched filter next Tuesday, 02.18.2020.
