TrexNet - Connecting to HUB.NV1 times out via VPN.

TrexNet - Over sensitive email filter

Update: We have identified the problem and made the necessary changes We will test the changes this week and plan on releasing the patched filter next Tuesday, 02.18.2020. Last night we implemented an email filter that in some cases, internal emails were falsely marked as spam and placed in the user's spam folder. This did not effect internet emails coming from outside of the customer's TrexNet server We have disabled the filter and currently investigating the cause of the false flags.

TrexNet Support - Invalid URL

Some clients are receiving an Invalid URL error when clicking on the TrexNet Support icon from their desktop or menu icon. An update for the icons were released in the September 2019 update. Due to a bug, clients were not presented with a pop up window to close TrexNet or add more time. If TrexNet was running at the time during the workstation update, the patch failed and the new links to trexsupport.com were not installed. A new patch will be included with the 11.10.2019 update to resolve this issue. The TrexNet Support bookmark link in Chrome does work and can be used as a work around.
